Alfonso Martinez is the Managing Director of ALD Automotive | LeasePlan UK. Since 2019, he has served as Managing Director of LeasePlan UK, where he has played a key role in the strategic direction and business performance across the corporate, SME, public sector and consumer markets. Before joining the UK team, Alfonso served as Chief Financial Officer of Spain before becoming Managing Director of LeasePlan Italy six years later in 2012.
Tim Laver is the deputy Managing Director of ALD Automotive | LeasePlan UK. Managing Director of ALD UK since July 2019 Tim has over 18 years of experience in the company, where he previously served as the Director of Finance and Risk. Tim's career also includes roles as an Internal Auditor at Arval - BNP Paribas Group and as an Auditor at Ernst & Young. His extensive expertise in the automotive and financial sectors has contributed to ALD Automotive's success and growth.
Chris Black has served as Commercial Director at LeasePlan UK since July 2018. Chris has been in the automotive industry for over 20 years and prior to joining LeasePlan UK held senior sales roles at Lombard and VW Commercial Vehicles.
Rudolf joined LeasePlan UK as Finance Director in 2020 having previously been Finance Director for LeasePlan in Mexico. He joined LeasePlan in 2014 as a Risk Manager having previously worked for Axa in Spain and Mexico.
A qualified solicitor, Anna joined ALD UK in 2013 before joining the board in November 2016 as Legal & Compliance Director at ALD UK.
Lisa has been with LeasePlan for over 11 years, most recently as Customer Service and Quality Director at LeasePlan UK. Lisa has performed a variety of roles in pricing, performance and process and has been co-lead for the UK integration planning.
Charlie has held the position of IT Director at ALD UK since 2018. With a strong IT development background Charlie has held senior management roles, including a 12-month secondment to the central Paris team.
Attila has extensive experience as Operations Director, having joined LeasePlan Hungary in 2012 before moving to LeasePlan Sweden in 2017 and LeasePlan UK in 2020. Prior to joining LeasePlan Attila had previously worked for many years in the banking industry for ING and Erste Bank.
David joined ALD UK as Operations Director in 2021, previously working at Mitsubishi as Sales and Marketing director. Between 2012 and 2020 David spent seven years at LeasePlan UK leading the Procurement and Remarketing functions.
Steve Jones previously held the role as LeasePlan UK Strategy and Transformation Director and was UK Risk Director until 2018 and brings substantial industry and leasing experience having joined from Lex Autolease in 2012.
HR Director for ALD UK since 2017, Jo joined ALD as Head of HR in 2005 following an extensive career within FMCG companies such as Unilever, Golden Wonder and Johnson Diversey.
Lisa joined ALD as Head of Legal and Compliance at ALD UK in 2018 bringing significant experience in financial services including in relation to FCA regulatory matters.
