Dealer Training

A key part of ALD's commitment to its dealership network is our field support team of qualified account managers, based throughout the UK. 

To support each Dealership a dedicated Account Manager will be appointed to work closely with the dealer to ensure that all sales staff are fully trained on QuDOS and all aspects of ALD Automotive's various finance packages and are kept up to date with the latest changes in legislation relating to vehicle finance, vehicle taxation, car fleet management, etc.

In addition Dealers also have access to a dedicated Dealer Services support team based at ALD’s Head Office in Bristol, who will assist with any queries that might arise. Complementing these support teams, an online QuDOS training video is also available to any dealer partner, especially helpful where new dealership sales staff are employed.
