Dealer Services

ALD's Dealer Services division was established in 1999 to provide a network of approved dealers throughout the UK with a fast and efficient vehicle financing facility. Benefiting from a unique online finance system, 'QuDOS', dealers can transact sales from quotation through to proposal and document production, all online. 

With an in-house team of Application Developers continually developing the system, Dealer Services continues to provide Dealer partners with a fast and effective system to optimise sales and financing opportunities. Dealers are supported on-site by a team of field-based Account Managers who will liaise regularly with the Dealer sales teams to ensure their familiarity with the system and, supporting them, is an office-based Customer Services team available to answer any further queries during normal office hours.
