"ALD Automotive has always been a business that cares. We care about our employees, our customers and our business partners. And we care about our local community and the wider environment. From our early days as a family owned business in Bristol a culture of responsibility has evolved over 60 years, which is now embedded into everything we do.

2020 was, of course, a very challenging year for everybody but what the COVID-19 pandemic served to highlight was the unique team spirit that we have within the company and the collective sense of social responsibility we share. While our employees faced their own personal challenges they never tired of their responsibility towards our vulnerable customers, nor did they shy from their commitment in helping those in need within our community. I was incredibly proud of how everyone came together and stepped up to do the right thing.
