Our association with the AA has been in place since 1995 and offers the best solution to our customers in terms of responsiveness and service standards. We also regularly monitor service levels, including response times and fix rates, to ensure top levels of service are maintained.
The process has been designed to be as straightforward as possible, with drivers able to phone the One Call number any time of the day or night to request assistance. Our service also offers a 48-hour free-of-charge loan car if the vehicle has to be recovered in the UK.
