Bank Holiday opening times

May Bank Holiday opening times We’ll take calls as usual up until 5.30pm on Thursday 30 April, before closing for the Bank Holiday weekend.

Our lines will then reopen at 8.30am on Tuesday 5 May.

Our essential maintenance services – 24/7 breakdown and recovery, accident management, glass replacement and tyres – will continue to be available on 08000 32 32 77.

For all other services, including service booking and foreign travel, our office opening hours above will apply.

Daily Rental Reservation Team operating hours

Our Daily Rental reservation team are available until Thursday 30 April 2026 at 6pm then closed until Tuesday 5 May at 8am.

Should you have any rentals which need collecting before the Bank Holiday weekend, please notify us by Thursday 30 April at 10pm.

Any off-hires for collection requested after this point will remain on rent until Tuesday 5 May at 10am.

Please note we will only collect vehicles up to 10am on Thursday 30 April. The earliest time for delivery of new hires is Tuesday 5 May at 10am.

Our offices will close on Thursday 30 April at 5pm. Please note however there will be no deliveries or collections between Friday 1 May and Monday 4 May. As per our normal process, we require 48 hours notice for any deliveries or collections.
