If your company's agreement includes our maintenance package, you are automatically protected against breakdowns and technical faults.

Contact us if you have maintenance cover included in your agreement

No service and maintenance package?

If your agreement doesn't include a maintenance agreement, then we do not provide breakdown assistance.

Should your vehicle breakdown or develop a fault, please refer to the manufacturer's handbook to check if cover is provided as standard by the manufacturer and call the emergency number quoted.

If your vehicle isn't covered by a manufacturer assistance programme, it is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is recovered and repaired promptly by an authorised dealer.

What should I do if I break down?

AA Breakdown assistance is included for mechanical failures.

First, check your manufacturer’s handbook for cover and call their emergency number.

If not covered or unsure, call Driver Assistance at 08000 32 32 77.

What should I do if my vehicle develops a technical fault?

If your vehicle has a technical fault, whether one-off or intermittent, please book it with your dealership for investigation and repair.
