Information Change Evidence required

Change of business address either (i) confirmed on company headed paper or (ii) a utility bill at the company’s new business address
Change of business name - company registration number remaining the same, Companies House letter or a screenshot of the Companies House page for the business confirming the change
Change of business name - company registration number has also changed, this type of change would require a Novation of the agreement – please visit our HelpHub for more information
