Ayvens in the UK is part of the Ayvens SA global organisation which is a subsidiary of Societe Generale group.

Although in other countries the 2 businesses of LeasePlan and ALD Automotive have been combined, in the UK we still have 2 separate businesses in operation.

In the UK, Ayvens group operates as 2 companies:

Ayvens (a trading style of LeasePlan UK Ltd) and ALD Automotive Ltd (UK).

Ayvens in the UK is made up of 2 companies:

LeasePlan UK Ltd adopted the trading style of Ayvens in October 2024.

ALD Automotive Ltd (UK) continues, although the company is part of the global Ayvens group.

You will continue to see the ALD Automotive brand. We are introducing our new trading name in stages to ensure a smooth transition.

ALD Automotive continues to support some customers as part of a phased transition into the Ayvens group. This ensures continuity of service while systems, teams and branding are aligned over time. ALD Automotive is part of the wider Ayvens group.
