The AA is our third party provider of vehicle breakdown assistance. Home, office and roadside assistance is provided, along with short term cover for travel in Europe. From the outset they have provided excellent coverage and response to fleet drivers across the UK and beyond. Our relationship with the AA has been in place since 1988.
AA DriveTech (AADT) is our chosen partner for driver assessment and training. AADT is leader in the area of to offer a range of award-winning specialist support to our customers . AADT has a proven track record of improving driver safety, reducing the cost and frequency of road accidents and increasing the well-being and business performance of individual drivers.
Autoglass satisfies all our customers' windscreen/glass replacement requirements. Drivers can access this service directly via a dedicated number 24/7 365 days a year. Autoglass have full details on each of our customers' accounts and are able to provide seamless support. Autoglass has undergone a competitive tendering process in order to satisfy our expectations and have been partnering with us since 2002.
British Car Auctions (BCA) is our chosen partner for vehicle logistics, inspection and disposal. BCA provides national coverage using trained drivers, and works in accordance with service levels agreed with us. Through the use of route planning via BCA's web site, mileage from the vehicle collection address to our defleet location is minimised with our nearest defleet centre being utilised to ensure that the process is operated efficiently.
Kwik-Fit satisfies all our customers' tyre replacement requirements. We have a pre-agreed SLA in place that Kwik-Fit will only ever fit quality marque tyres such as Michelin and Goodyear - and that tyres should be replaced at a minimum 2mm tread depth (this is 25% greater than the national safety requirement). A no-quibble replacement policy is in place, helping us to ensure that driver safety and legal compliance is maintained at all times. We ensure that we manage tyre costs closely by tendering for this provision every two years. Kwik-Fit have been working successfully with us since 2001.
